The guys at Fearless have been great during me buying a used vehicle from them. They also fixed a sensor so everything would be perfect. Not only do they have used vehicles for sale, but they are first an automotive shop. I also like that if you purchase a vehicle from them, you get free oil changes and brake pad replacements (for as long as you own the vehicle). As they would like to earn your business.

I will admit I was skeptical when I came across the guys here and was looking to purchase a vehicle. I was upfront that I was... let's say recovering from a situation and getting back on my feet on my own. I've spoken with multiple of the guys in the office as well as the mechanics who actually do the work and I have never been treated with so much clear kindness. I used to get my prior vehicles serviced at a mom and pop mechanic that had serviced my family for generations and I immediately was at ease here with the same level of professionalism and hard work. I purchased a 2008 Mercury Sable from them and they even worked with me to get it as close to my budget as possible so I could still afford to insure it. The paperwork was clear and easy to get through. I had driven it close to the warranty limit they provided with the vehicle and was noticing a grinding noise on one of my wheel wheels, I was concerned when I brought it in that it might not have been covered under the warranty but still knew it needed to be checked. They assured me that they would get it looked at as soon as possible (this was 12/23 so right before Christmas) and not only did they do the work to get the rotor replaced, but they did include it in the warranty! This vehicle and its ability to be reliable was paramount in my ability to move forward. Everyone here has been generous with their time and explanations, the car has been amazing, overall one of the easiest car experiences both in purchasing but also in workability of scheduling and labor I have had in such a long time.
