We had the pleasure of working with Mitchell and Lewis today. We were blown away by how professional, patient and kind Mitchell was to us in our buying process. He made us feel at ease as well as comfortable and appreciated. There was never any pushiness from either himself or Lewis. We appreciated doing the credit check before test driving as we made it a point that our credit might be a little rocky. Everything was ???? and we would recommend Auto Fair to anyone and everyone. A friend recommended Auto Fair VW and I’m so glad I heeded her advice. My first contact was via text with Danielle who handles website customer contact. After scheduling a time to visit, we were greeted by salesman Joey at the main entrance to the dealership. Joey showed us the car we expressed an interest in online and joined us on several test drives to appreciate the different trim models of the Atlas. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was a no pressure experience from start to finish. We returned the next day after deciding on the Atlas vs the Subaru Outback Touring XT. Joey was quite patient which allowed us to process the information from the prior day and ultimately decide on a trim level we couldn’t live without. The sales Manager was helpful and willing to help us purchase our top choice without stress. Louis, Finance Mgr, went over extended warranty with no pressure to make any decisions on that day. We are so glad we chose VW and AutoFair in NH!
