Best infinite dealership I have been to. They took care of me and give me a loner when my Q50 engine blow up and replaced my engine and new turbos they honor what they say and the warranty is 10 out of 10 and I am loving this car 0 issues and had it for 3 years. If you want an infinite make sure you get it from this location.

PATRICK HAGAN I leased my Q50 in 2021. Since then, I’ve had a great experience with the staff. Especially with Patrick Hagan. I love cars so I have many questions about them. One week ago I searched online and found the exact 2024 Infiniti QX80 I had been looking for at a very competitive price. Amazing car buying experience! I Shopped around nationwide for a used low miles Infiniti QX60 2023 Autograph . I found Infiniti of Chantilly . I spoke over the phone with Franklin and by far is the most friendly sales associate assist with my car buying experience. He explained to me why the vehicle had a very low mileage for a great price . He sent me photos of the inside of the vehicle and videos . He is fantastic as well as the finance manager. Considering the distance Franklin treated me as if I was dealing with him in person . When the vehicle was ready to ship to Florida Franklin called and video record the loading of the vehicle .From start to finish everything was beyond expectation. Three months after the sale Franklin calls me to wish me a happy birthday and and wonderful holiday season. He definitely made a great impression!
