I just purchased my second vehicle from Jerry’s. I prefer to buy used vehicles and Jerry’s has proven to have good quality pre-owned choices. Randy Baker was my Sales Consultant. He is polite, soft spoken and friendly. He listened to me and understood what I wanted as well as what I needed. I am pleased to note that all of the employees I came into contact with at Jerry’s were friendly and ready to answer any question. Randy is knowledgeable about the vehicles and the whole purchase process. He was never “pushy” nor anxious. He treated me like a friend in need of a good car. We even briefly talked about our families and the prospective teenage drivers we have in common. The experience was relaxed yet efficient. Rodney was a great salesman, he listened to what I wanted and he wasn’t pushy. He checked up with me weekly if they got any new palisades in (what I was looking for). Chloe with finance was also great to work with. Quick and seamless process, out in a couple hours. This is my second palisade, these cars are great!

The facility is welcoming and pristine. They were ready at the appointment time. Did the planned checkup and advised adjusting the alignment. The checkup coordinator checked with me in the waiting room before making decisions. Car was washed and ready to go in a reasonable length of time. Sent a text within an hour of leaving making sure I was happy with the job. Had rec’d a text and an email reminding me of my appointment a few days before. Nothing not to like. Great experience for a widowed senior citizen who knows little about cars!!
