Throughout the entire car buying process, Jim was professional, friendly and respectful. He knows his product well and answered all my questions. He took his time to show me all the important safety and convenience features of the car. And he went out of his way to make sure the car was in pristine condition when I took delivery. He genuinely cares about his customers. I also had the pleasure of working with Carlos Huerta, Sales Manager, and Raul Andrade, and they were equally professional and courteous and respectful of my time. I had a wonderful experience. I drove almost 2 hours to purchase my car from here.. When I arrive, I was Greeted respectfully, which is a plus. Even though The car that I wanted was sold they were still able to get me into something that I really liked. Everyone was really friendly and nice I had a great experience.
