Had a great experience with Jimmy Dexter and Kevin Langlois. Jimmy took the time to listen to the situation I presented, my wants and needs, and put in effort to achieve my goals. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, a process which I felt was transparent and honest. He even came to my work to appraise my trade after hours when our schedules didn’t quite align. Above and beyond! Kevin Langlois was also very pleasant to work with in the finance department. He took the time to explain my options for warranty coverage, cost and coverage differences, and communicated with the lender to ensure the best possible financing terms. Thank you both for all your help!
