2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy AWD

I took my 2012 Hyundai Sonata in for repair due to the engine recall issue. I met with Steve Enriquez and after He had the vehicle inspected informed that the engine was under the recall warranty and that the repairs would be done at no cost to Me.. Steve also made arrangements for a free rental car to be issued until My vehicle was repaired. His communication was excellent and informed Me how long it would take to complete the work on the vehicle. The work was completed within the time frame given and I was excited to get the car back so quickly. Steve and staff were super professional and did an outstanding job when it came to customer service. I have had the car back for about a week and it's working great. Super happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Temecula Hyundai.

Great experience at this dealership. Ryan and James were probably 2 of the genuinely nicest salesmen I’ve ever encountered. Ryan was my primary contact and made everything seem less and definitely kept the deal together. James filled in and he was great to work with. Super helpful and kind to my son who was with me. And Chris in the finance office was fantastic. Best F&I experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t interact with management, and would have at least liked to have that “thank you for your business” handshake from a Sales manager. Having worked in the business that personal touch adds some value. But overall very happy with my experience. Will definitely recommend Ryan and James to anyone who is looking for a new or Preowned car.

Purchasing our 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy was seriously an amazing and smooth process. From the second we met our sales rep, Ryan Ruiz, it felt like we were hanging out with a close friend. His knowledge and ability to match us with the right car were impressive, along with his amazing personality, which made the experience fun and comfortable. We did not feel like he was a pushy car salesman, which was a breath of fresh air. Once we locked in the right vehicle, it was time for financing, and we were blessed again to work with Sean, who again was also amazing. It was like hanging out with another friend, and the process was really fast and fun. To anyone looking to purchase a car, I would highly recommend Hyundai of Temecula, and I would highly recommend asking to work with these fine gentlemen. In a time with crazy interest rates, I was really satisfied with the rate we got on our purchase as it was one of the best rates we had been quoted from three different dealerships we went to as we were looking at buying a new car.
