Bought a 2010 Chevy Impala police edition from them a couple of weeks ago, August 31. It had a fan issue the first day I got it that was not covered under warranty and they fixed it at no charge, no charge. They could have easily said, too bad, you bought it as is. Next time I buy a car I will definitely check with them first. The car has been great! Steve was excellent to work with! I really appreciate finding someone with that kind of integrity and customer service! I have already recommended them to a friend who is looking for a used car.
