We had been looking at the x5 for a couple of months, wanting specific components. Dave Ware kept a look out and worked patiently with us each time we didn’t find what we wanted!! He is the BEST sales person hands down. Each time we visited the dealership, the owner, Craig, spoke to us about what we wanted and assured us we were in great hands with Dave. My husband and I (Sean) just got our first BMW. We are very happy with the service and besides being a little overwhelmed with all this i4 electric car has to offer, we are extremely satisfied. We did have some unanswered questions that we can hopefully get resolved in the next couple of days. Like both charging adapters, it says it's supposed to come with. We only got the 140 adapter it should have come with the 140 and the 240 charging adapter. Edit: All my questions have been answered and the charging adapter issue resolved! Now that is exceptional service!
I highly recommend BMW of West St. Louis because of their technician’s honesty and accountability. They made a minor mistake on my car during service that cause the engine light to come on and required a second service. Rather than covering up the error, the service tech owned up to it and told us it happened because of his error and that he double-checked all the connections. Their commitment to transparency and integrity has earned my trust.
