I wanted to reach out and tell anyone about this little gem of a dealership. I have visited countless dealerships in the DMV area that make me feel pressured, uncomfortable with overpriced vehicles & enlarged monthly payments. **This place-company-people DO NOT work that way!** I’m so grateful for you, Silver Spring Auto Group Llc for your dedicated service to ANYONE throughout the community --- and for all of your individual and collective efforts, "to lift quality, show kindness" --- and to be professional. The Carfax, Kelley-bluebook and value with excellent service is there without deception; I was valued. You as well will be valued. I received exceptional service & an extremely excellent deal.

I searched for a used car dealership online and found about Silver Spring Auto group. I walked into the office without any appointment and asked for a car for my needs and budget. The person, Tsega was very welcoming and showed me the car that best suited my purpose. I asked for a test drive and he arranged for it in a couple of days and we immediately got to our terms and deal. I traded-in my old car and got Toyota RAV4 for a very reasonable price. Considering the Carfax the price he quoted was below the estimated market value. Pros: 1. Welcoming and accommodating person/place. Cars that fits your budget. 2. Hassle free paper work (with registration or temporary tag) 3.They perform the MD state inspection for you. Cons: 1. I was promised for a full detail of the car but I wasn't satisfied with the detailing work they performed on the car. I had to clean the carpet and car interior myself per my standards. 2. There seems to be a communication gap between the members of the store. I had to communicate my needs (things to be done on the car) several time to three different persons.

Bought a toyota corolla 2012 from this dealer a month ago. The price was very reasonable considering no issue with the engine and transmission. The car runs great. The dealer take care of the registration process which was very helpful. The communication was very straight forward and win-win for both parties. Still some deliverables exist but I hope there will be no issue. I will recommend my friends to consider this dealer first.
