2014 Hyundai Elantra 1.8 SE A/T

The Service Department is stellar! During a cross-country drive in our 2022 Tucson Hybrid, we rolled into Cheyenne with an inverter coolant problem during a heat wave that would have stopped our trip in its tracks. Without an appointment, the service team went into action and turned a nightmare scenario into a dream come true. First, they had our Tucson on the lift almost immediately. Then, without asking, gave us a loaner car for the morning and said to do some sightseeing while they did their magic. They called us before 10am to say the Tucson was ready, and it was. The problem was resolved and resolved perfectly. We went on our way without a hitch and made it 400 miles and past Denver without any issue. Good customer service deserves recognition. In this case, I'd rather call it Customer Delight. Selina, Matt, and "Q" worked the magic and others behind the scene were great too. If they treat out-of-towners like this, I'm jealous that I'm not a local. Cheyenne is lucky to have a dealership like this. And thanks for saving our trip!

Not my normal dealership, but I went here because my normal one was scheduling 2 weeks out and I had an immediate issue. They got me in next day and were truly amazing and helpful. I can only speak to the Hyundai service section, but it was very helpful, nice, and everything explained before it was done. They even cleaned my car.

Have always had good service here. Took off one star though because this time they took much longer than my previous two times for regular oil service. But busy is a good problem to have at a business. And they did a nice wash job too.
