***I bought a new car last night WITHOUT GETTING JERKED AROUND BY ANYONE AT ANY POINT IN THE PROCESS. It was bizarre. *** I recently had an amazing experience purchasing a new car from Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful, Utah, and I just had to share my thoughts. Initially, I was a bit nervous because I needed to rebuild my credit, but the staff at the dealership made me feel at ease. They were not only super knowledgeable and customer-centric, but also handsome and hardworking. Jason, the friendly salesperson, patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect car within my budget and credit situation. Christian was incredibly helpful in prepping multiple vehicles for test drives, and Jake made the financing process quick and easy. Mitch, the manager, made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful and their team of professionals to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. My daughter-in-law was miles from home and on the highway when she got a warning message displayed on the console in her Rogue. My son, who is away on drills, called me, upset that they were having this issue, which also occurred just a few months prior and ended up resulting in a breakdown and very expensive ($4600) repair in another state and different Nissan dealership. They were concerned the previous dealer did a bad repair and it would've been difficult if not impossible to get the car back to the earlier dealership to do a warranty repair. I directed them to Tim Dahle Bountiful, which was the closest to where she pulled over, and while initially she didn't hear back over the weekend, which caused some stress, I was got involved over the phone with Travis Monday and we reviewed possible causes for the warning as well as other repairs to authorize. We came up with a possible solution . Only time will tell if it resolves it, but I really enjoyed working with him and felt we were treated extremely well.
