A huge thanks to Kevin Doty, Jim Scheiner, and Tim Olson for making my experience of buying my new car as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I am extremely happy with my new Hyundai Tucson and especially thankful for the great help I received. Everyone was very thorough and they explained anything I may have had a question on in great detail. Overall, they are very pleasant and wonderful people. Throughout the entire car buying process, Jim was professional, friendly and respectful. He knows his product well and answered all my questions. He took his time to show me all the important safety and convenience features of the car. And he went out of his way to make sure the car was in pristine condition when I took delivery. He genuinely cares about his customers. I also had the pleasure of working with Carlos Huerta, Sales Manager, and Raul Andrade, and they were equally professional and courteous and respectful of my time. I had a wonderful experience. I drove almost 2 hours to purchase my car from here.. When I arrive, I was Greeted respectfully, which is a plus. Even though The car that I wanted was sold they were still able to get me into something that I really liked. Everyone was really friendly and nice I had a great experience. Also, I enjoy using their New coffee machine. ??
