I had to leave a review because my experience from start to finish with Seran Auto Sales was phenomenal, the best! I purchased this BMW X3m and we found a few minor issues after the purchase and I messaged Alex and they were quick to respond and fix. As you know that finding a honest and respected car salesman is rare to find so I recommend giving these guys a visit!

I bought a Mazda from Alex, the owner of Seran about a month ago. As someone who has never purchased a car before, I appreciated how transparent and upfront he was about everything right off the bat. Being that the car was used and rebuilt to some extent, I wanted a second opinion, and Alex allowed us to take it to our family mechanic. Not only that, but he had someone from his team take the car there because we were not available to do it ourselves. I felt well-informed the entire process of purchasing the car, and rest-assured that if there were any issues in the future, all I have to do is reach out. There was also a small hiccup on my end, and I cannot appreciate enough how patient and understanding Alex was about it. After working with Alex, I can just tell that each car is a representation of his work as a mechanic and business owner. He is not trying to scam or make a quick sale on a car with major issues, he values the success of the customer and himself! Give Seran Auto Sales a shot!
