Great experience for the Internet sales team. I would consider myself one of the new school shoppers - doing a ton of research online, and communicating through email and phone calls. From the initial appointment setting with Hannah, to the actual test drives of a couple of different silverados - and over a 1 week period of negotiations with Tyree - it was a great experience. Ross in finance was great as well. overall it was the easiest car buying experience i have ever had.
