2011 Hyundai Sonata -

I went to Absolute about a month ago looking for a reliable car for my son to drive to college. The salesman was very helpful and showed me a few vehicles within my budget. I decided on one and wanted to discuss it over with my son before making the purchase, but unfortunately by the time I did someone else purchased that vehicle. The same salesman remembered everything I was looking for in a vehicle for my son from the first time I was there. He could tell I felt bad holding him up for the second time. And he still spent just as much time helping as he did the first time I was there answering my many questions and concerns. I felt no pressure as you do with some dealerships. He was extremely kind, understanding and knowledgeable about every car on the lot. There was nothing hidden from me when discussing each car that interests me. My son and I are extremely happy with our purchase! I would and will recommend this dealership to my friends and family! Had a great experience here, my car was having an issue where it was smoking a lot and I had thought the motor was done for, I brought it to them explaining my concerns and hoped for the best, they found the issue right away it was a $20 pcv diaphragm it was fixed within a day, they called me to tell me right away and i was all set after that the car runs amazing, they could of told me it was something else and charged me more but didn’t I like how they are upfront and honest. Would recommend

I was just there Tues. 11/20/23, I absolutely love this place. Everyone of the staff there was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I did get an older explorer from there and I am happy with my purchase. There was no pressure and the gentleman that helped us was a great guy I did forget his name, but that just don't matter cause they were all equally as nice and helpful. There was a woman that was in the car Bay she was cleaning the vehicles and waxing them she was such a nice woman. There was also a gentleman he was like a greeter a person you spoke to before you went into the office to purchase your vehicle he was even a very nice gentleman I can't say enough about this place I truly did enjoy my visit as well as my purchase everything was extremely reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend it for a used vehicle they were all very accommodating and very very nice people.
