2017 Genesis G90 5.0 Ultimate AWD

I would like to provide clarification in response to some of the reviews mentioned above. When I arrived at the dealership, there were no staff members or other customers present. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Tamara, who explained that she was returning from picking up her daughter. She was transparent in informing me that the vehicle we were interested in would not start and that she was unable to access the interior to jump-start it. She also mentioned that another individual had previously come to view the vehicle but had not left a deposit to hold it. She advised that we were welcome to leave a deposit if we preferred not to wait. We chose to remain on site. Tamara arrived shortly thereafter along with a locksmith. Once access to the vehicle was gained, the battery was successfully jump-started and the vehicle was running. It was only as we were preparing to begin our test drive that another couple arrived at the dealership. We were unaware that they were also interested in the same vehicle. To our knowledge, no deposit had been placed and no other party was present prior to our arrival. Regarding our overall purchasing experience, Tamara was exceptional. Following the test drive, she assisted us efficiently with completing the buyer’s order and coordinating the bank wire, making the process smooth and straightforward. She was professional, transparent, and genuinely kind throughout the entire transaction. I would highly recommend both Tamara and the dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Fantastic customer service. This sales person communicated and arrived as expected to close the deal on the sale. As most people know car sales is FCFS, you have to pay to play. It’s just business. The battery was dead on the vehicle from sitting most likely, rendering entry to the car impossible. The dealer had a locksmith there within minutes, made entry to the car, we then jumped it off and test drove it. The vehicle had zero mechanical issues and was as described. The transaction was a smooth process and we were all wrapped in a hour or two. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the market.
