Awesome dealership to do business with when in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle. My salesman Barry was great, with a no nonsense no pressure approach. His boss Adam (the GM) helped with and approved the financing terms to make it all go as smooth as possible. About a week after getting the car she stopped blowing air from the left vents and needed service. Dave the service manager made things happen as did his technician. Their warranty work is top notch and they had me back on the road in no time. I can highly recommend Goldie’s for a reliable used vehicle and their team of professionals. Good people! ????????
I purposely waited 5 weeks before writing this review. I received outstanding service from Chris at Goldie's Motors. I love that fact that he was not pushy and allowed me to look at multiple vehicles and come back several times before making my selection. He was able to get me a great deal on financing keeping the payments where I wanted them. There are no major issues with the vehicle and I know I got an all around great deal!!! Thank you Chris, thank you Goldie's Motors. I will definitely be back next year to purchase a vehicle for my son.
Purchased my first car from this dealership and I have to say John was a great help! And made the experience so worthwhile! He even got my dad interested in buying from their store! John was able to get me in and out within 2 hours and very happy with my purchase as well as gave me a place to get another key fob for free! John if you're reading this thanks again we'll be talking in the future for any other car endeavors me or my family have! Edit: been trying to get of all things my heater and screen fixed for the past 3 months, John who was supposed to be helping me wouldn't answer my texts for a few weeks then finally answers me back saying he's retired so he sold me a car with parts he most likely knew were broken, told me to put in a review so he could get a free dinner then retire ill be following up with the store but this was really scummy and I think anyone who decides to spend your money here should know my experience. Last edit hopefully: I talked loosely with Micah, who was able to get me in touch with another individual named Barry, who was able to give me a temp car while mine was being fixed and this time when I got it back everything worked like I wanted it to. My heater works nice and hot although I’m writing this edit in March.
