Alham was great to work with, he even stayed after closing time to wait for me to get there. Was able to get a good deal on my 2015 Acadia and he did a good job going over and explaining the Paperwork. Great customer service!

EDITED: Had a great experience with Alham Osmani during my time at Star Auto. I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner and allowed to perform my inspection on the vehicle uninterrupted and at my own pace. Osmani negotiated with me a great price for the used vehicle and even threw in a new battery AFTER I had already purchased it. Edit: Some people seem to think my review is fake or paid for etc. I did give 5 stars for my experience there and customer service. But I realize that I may have been too generous so I knocked a star off because the building was under renovation and looked poorly maintained. There wasn’t enough staff to oversee everyone that came by; I got lucky and was one of like 3 customers at the time. Regardless, the one sales member I did interact with (Osmani) deserves the 5 stars as he was working alone doing EVERYTHING. Man was powerwashing cars, answering my questions, power walking over to answer the other parties questions, jumping car batteries, just THE MOST. With no help. If you can go when that man is working then you’ll have a good experience.

The gentleman working here, was awesome. He was really patient with me and let me test drive the car a couple of times. Took the car to our mechanic and it came out in good condition ????. The salesman even worked out a deal with me. I'm extremely happy with my Toyota Sienna.
