2018 Genesis G80 3.8 RWD

I came across a vehicle they posted on marketplace and I contacted them about it. They were very responsive and communicative. I live an hour away and didn’t want to drive out there and it not be what I thought/hoped it was so Maegan sent me extra photos, very thorough videos, assured me it was a solid truck and told me everything about it that could be considered less than ideal. This was a Thursday but I couldn’t get out there until Saturday so I put a hold on the vehicle for $500 through Zelle and she immediately made sure to put it under pending so it didn’t sell. On Saturday morning I came , I saw, I drove, I purchased. For a very reasonable price. The entire process was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. No one at east coast auto was pushy about it, they weren’t playing the same salesman games as most do. They held true to the price we agreed upon out the door and They even told me to check and see if I had a tag credit before they sold me a new tag, which I called the dmv on Monday and I did! So that saved me a few hundred dollars. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I’d absolutely contact them next time I’m in the market for a vehicle. I wish all dealerships were more like them.
