Phoenix and Billy & Staff were hands down one of the BEST dealerships I have worked with. (Outside the dealership that sold me the jeep in AL, Much love fam :D ). I came in with my rear axel sensor going off, they trouble shooted it..thought we fixed it. But then it really needed to be repaired. They replaced the entire axel, and then some. I had them rotate my tires and take care of my breaks as well. They were very responsive and communicated effectively. I highly recommend! 5 STARS. I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram following my recent Jeep purchase. I purchased my first Jeep, a beautiful two-door Jeep Wrangler JK, and my initial interaction was through an online inquiry. Craig Smith responded promptly and provided me with all the necessary information about the vehicle. A couple of months later, I encountered some issues with the AC and other components. I did encounter a few hiccups during the process, but the Service Director, Hannah, made my visit pleasant and accommodating.
