2017 Genesis G80 3.8 AWD

I was looking for a new BMW i4 to give to my wife on Christmas day. After getting frustrated with another dealership, I reached out to Zimbrick. Renee responded back to me and worked rapidly to get my vehicle of choice to make my deadline. Renee customer service skills are second to none. She was a joy for my entire process. I can not end this review without mentioning Theresa who processed all the paperwork for my vehicle. She's a breath of fresh air. She displayed such professionalism with a warm down to earth personality. I have never experienced a processes that was so seamless. She's a great communicator who is immensely efficient. I have purchased smart phones contracts that took me longer than my car purchase. This was my first purchase with Zimbrick BMW but it wont be my last.

Great experience with BMW of Madison! I worked with Tyler in sales to find the perfect car for me (2024 BMW 540i) as they did not have in stock what I wanted. He searched nearby dealers orders in production with BMW as i did not have time to wait for a new order. Tyler found a 540i that another dealer had ordered that was built but has not shipped. It took 6 weeks for the car to arrive from the factory, which was great! The delivery process was the smoothest I’ve ever had with a car. New incentives had come out since the original order and BMW of Madison proactively applied them without me asking. The financing process was also very fast, less than 30 minutes, with no pressure to buy additional warranties or protections. Quick tutorial on the car with Tyler and i was out the door within 90 minutes of my initial arrival! I would not hesitate to purchase another car from BMW of Madison!

Garret and service team went out of their way to help secure and fix a tire issue while I was in town on a work trip. They helped save me an overnight stay and get me back on the road to make it home in time for my daughter’s concert. Great customer service!
