2015 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 RWD

I am a straight shooter (see my other reviews); it is the Vulcan in me. As far as you can throw 'em...these are a good bunch of guys. Folks, they are still used car salesmen selling AS-IS cars. They are friendly, but no. used. car. salesman. is. your. friend. No matter where you buy, Caveat Emptor / Buyer Beware. I am ultimately happy with my purchase. I didn't buy the same day I shopped. I got a quote, went home, ran MY numbers, revisited over several weeks, was flexible on my low offer, but firm on my max and...brought doughnuts to grease the negotiations lol. Did I get the absolute lowest price I wanted? Nope. Did the dealer get the absolute highest price they could get? Nope again. We found the final price that the vehicle was worth. And remember, no warranty means you assume responsibility for repairs the moment you sign. Just like if you had owned the car all your life.

Did not buy a car from ALM because they did not have the exact car I wanted but Nikki my sales person did an excellent job and was very straight-forward and honest. They make me a fair offer which i was prepared to take had i not found another car that better suited my needs.

Mr.Ibrahim and his family gave Wonderful customer service, very kind, never pressured me to buy and very willing to provide me with any questions I asked about my new purchase (infinity Qx80) I will definitely return for my next car Highly recommend.
