Recently had my Genesis "Storm" as I affectionately named her, in for service. From the moment the service gates opened, I was treated like I was the only person there. My loaner vehicle was gassed and ready for me, I had no actual wait time. I was called or texted every day with updates and when I returned to pick up Storm, Julio was waiting for me with a smile and keys in hand. He took time explaining every detail of my service. I was truly impressed by his professional service as I had such an horrific experience at Stivers on Clemson Road. I vowed that I would not return but I love the Genesis vehicles so I stepped out on faith.
