Mr. Tom is good people and I have bought two vehicles from this lot. I don't know what these people are complaining about because you always get what you pay for, and unfortunately mr. Tom's vehicles come from auctions just like any other used car lot. But as far as I'm concerned these folks are good people and they do good business and they are more than willing to help people out with down payments etc.
