I came to fix a bumper on a car and they informed me they don’t usually do body work but that it would be an easy fix so I trusted them and they made it look even better then before the accident! I got the car back the very next day!! These days it’s hard to find good customer service let alone outstanding customer service but these guys delivered and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I bought a used Toyota Highlander from Nile Auto Sales, and I will continue to shop there for used cars in the future. The staff are friendly, and treat their customers like family. I took the vehicle to another mechanic to get a second opinion before my purchase. The car was in amazing shape, and the few things that were mentioned, Nile fixed before I took possession of it...included a couple of things that I didn't even notice. Nile is way different than other used car dealers in town. I did a lot of shopping around, and they had the CLEANEST cars as well as the BEST PRICES. They are NOT pushy about sales. Other places don't want you to leave their property without a commitment. Nile let me think about the purchase and test drive multiple times for over a week. They won't push you into financing to make money (like most other dealers do). Nile doesn't do financing in house. I was a bit worried about this at first, but the process was really easy and I knew I was getting a better interest rate from a credit union than I would from another dealer trying to make more money off of me. Check out the reviews on Google and on Car Gurus, they are rated high on both of those for a reason. Nile Auto Sales cares about the customer and building a good and honest business.

I bought a 2013 Audi Q5 that in my opinion was in very good shape. The Nile family uncle and nephew treated me with respect. The car was already priced well I think but was given some more dollars off! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Nile auto sales!
