2012 Hyundai Veloster 1.6 Manual

After having only driven Fords for the last 20 years, I decided it was time for a change. I was booked for an appointment to test drive a new car after work on a Monday. They were great with getting me in when it was convenient for me, and Miles was a great communicator. Unfortunately, the person doing the scheduling had double-booked him, which resulted in him running himself quite ragged in order to make sure we were all being handled well, and our needs met. Miles was kind, direct, honest and helpful. He helped me get into the car I wanted, for the very best possible price, and I drove out with it that night. He even made sure I had wheel and tire coverage at an affordable rate. Because of the double-booking, it was an even longer than usual process, but in the end, worth it. I love my Kia Soul!
