    This Kia dealership got me in on a Saturday without an appointment (not typical) and I got an alignment and tire rotation and balanced, oil change, and patched a flat tire. My car drives so much happier now. Great customer service. I came in at 8am and was done by 11:30am. Daniel was my contact person, professional and friendly. ALSO, the coffee, water, and creamers/sugars/fake sugars were stocked and I got some. Yummy. Bring your Kia here, y'all.

    My Kia was stolen a couple weeks ago so when we dropped off the car for repair, we had no appointment and was considered a walk-in. We were told that it may take a week just to have the car assessed. We dropped it off on a Friday evening. By Monday afternoon the car had be assessed and by Thursday afternoon the car was ready. Ancira Kia wasted no time getting my vehicle back to me and Ian kept me informed every step. Great experience with Ancira Kia!!

    Preface: horrible experience turned amazing!! I have been a customer with Ancira Kia for years. I have purchased 2 cars from them. I recently took my Kia soul in for some work and I was looking at a new car because I’m ready to transition. I ended up having a horrible experience initially. The only positive experience was with a service agent named Ian. Great guy and great service but he wasn’t assigned to my car. I was so disappointed and shocked because I had always had great experiences. My car acted up 3 days after leaving the shop. I contacted the GM and let him know I wasn’t confident in purchasing another car due to what happened. He immediately contacted me, had his Service Director (Steve) Contact me, and assigned his best service guy, Mike. Between Steve and Mike they took care of me. They made sure to communicate through the whole process and built my confidence in Ancira again. I am truly grateful for Steve and Mike for amazing customer service and Ian for being a nice and polite human.
