2023 Genesis G90 3.5T E-Supercharger Auto AWD

I was looking for a new truck and had a great experience with Joe Wolfer and one of the Managing Partners, Bobby Stevens. While I had some direct needs, I was open with what I was looking for (half ton or 3/4 ton, colors, some options) and explained my situation. Both Joe and Bobby did everything they could to make sure I got the perfect truck for my needs and I was able to get more truck than I thought I could thanks to Bobby working his magic. On my test drive there were a couple issues found with the truck and this is where Bobby went above and beyond to assure everything got fixed in a timely manner; even putting me in a loaner as to not risk anything with the trade in. I picked up my new truck today, earlier than expected and couldn't be happier. Joe knows his stuff and is a very personable and helpful sales associate and if there were more owners/GM's/Managing Partners like Bobby, car buying would be a lot easier for consumers. Had these challenges happened at another dealership, I have a strong feeling the outcome would've been different. Big thanks to Bobby, Joe and the rest of the Middletown Chevy team for making what could've been a rough experience into a great one. Highly recommend!

As a young woman walking into a dealership with baseline nerves, Stanley made me feel so comfortable immediately. He was the first face I saw and I immediately felt safe.
