Made an 8:00 am appointment, however that didn’t seem to matter as service department took oil change walk-ins ahead of me (I was told this by the service dept). My car ended up staying there an additional day. Why make an appointment if walks-ins are going to go ahead of you? I called manager to vent my frustrations and he said they were short on techs and busy (more the reason to make an appointment and turn away walk-ins). In the end Fitz came through and fixed the issue. I did notice a dent in the sill protector (looks like a tool was dropped on it). It was not there when the car came in. I should add that this car had less than 700 miles on it and was 3 weeks old. FOLLOW UP: shortly after posting this review, I was contacted by Fitzgerald, who then put me in touch with Matt (Service Director). The dented sill is on order. I’m impressed that someone still takes customer service seriously. Thank You Fitzgerald. You made it right!
As always, a great experience with Fitzgerald Cadillac in Annapolis! Got an appointment quickly, my loaner car was ready and waiting when I arrived, had my car back to me within a couple days! They are always so efficient and truly respect a customer's time! Highly recommend this dealership!
Fitzgerald has the best auto service I've ever experienced. Seriously. David Alexander was my service advisor and I cannot praise him enough. Consummate professional, responsive, thorough, and honest. I was completely sold on Fitzgerald's service when Mr. Alexander texted me a link to a real-time video of the mechanic taking me through his findings regarding the issues with my vehicle. To see with my own eyes the origin of the problem and how it caused a domino effect to create other issues proved the mechanic's accuracy. I was immediately impressed by how quickly Mr. Alexander responded to me when my car was towed to the dealership to the time I picked up the vehicle. Fitzgerald is exceptional!
