Buying a car is never fun, but Michael at holler Hyundai made the experience pretty seamless for me. I was very particular and what I was looking for I did my research ahead of time called around many places. He didn’t push, didn’t force, did not haggle. The price I received was fair. The price they were offering was also fair.Michael was quick to respond to any of my questions & even took the time after the purchase of the car to go over some of its benefits and features. It wasn’t just about the sale. It was about building a relationship with the customer and that goes miles for me.

Interacting with any auto dealership can be a stressful, frankly awful experience. I come to the process from inside the industry (on the auto journalism side), so I'm a fairly knowledgeable consumer and familiar with the product and the process. The crew at Holler was exceptionally easy to work with, and didn't waste my time with info I already knew or superfluous parts of the process. On the other hand, they did a fantastic job explaining all the features and functions of the car to my wife, who was going to be the daily driver. Really thumbs-up experience all around. More dealers should employ this type of customer service model.
