This was my first time taking my car to Ourisman Hyundai and I was very pleasantly impressed. Melodie met me at my door, handled me and my car professionally explaining everything that would happen. She escorted me to their lovely lounge area that had snacks and beverages galore! She kept me updated, and came and explained why it was taking a little longer. Melodie was so pleasant and friendly, and made sure all my questions were addressed and I was happy with the service.
