Awesome sales team, awesome finance guy! Rafael was so friendly, funny, and laid back which made the “tough part of the process” a little less awkward. Finance was able to beat my preapproved offers by a mile. No haggle on pricing, pretty straightforward, worked payments down to my previous payment and I got a way better vehicle with a good warranty.
