Typically I don’t take the time to write a review, especially for a dealership. Although, I truly believe not writing a review would be a disservice. Firstly, my family and I were vehicle searching for the past 2 weeks, as I’m sure you can imagine it was incredibly tedious. Coincidentally (we were at Honda next door) we decided to walk over to Genesis. To my surprise, every staff member was incredibly hospitable and respectful. They diligently walked over to literally every vehicle we wanted to see, gave us details and answered our questions without showing discomfort or annoyance. Ariel was our salesman for this tedious process. Nothing less than incredible.
