I was a bit apprehensive at first, after given the fact that the vehicle I was considering came with a rebuilt/branded title. However, my sales rep, Mathew (Matt) gave a very informative and detailed description of the business model used by AX Autos. Their selective process combined with a skilled refurbish technique, results in a quality vehicle that you can place side by side against the same model vehicle that you would find in another dealership, and you would be hard pressed to see any differences. They carry many high-end vehicles from a variety of makes and models, and from the moment I walked in the showroom, I knew AX Autos was a top-notch organization. Matt was extremely attentive to all my questions and did not push me in any buying direction. I was free to walk the lot and take my time reviewing several vehicles. Once I had made my selection (and it was not the Buick I initially had come to see), Matt guided me through the entire purchasing process without any surprises. Everyone at AX Autos was very friendly and upbeat. I was impressed enough to refer several friends, based on my experience. This dealership is AMAZING!! After searching for a couple of days and constantly being let down by other places really puts me at ease knowing i found something that was perfect for me.
