I recently bought a used Kia car for my wife. I was looking for a car and had been to all the dealerships in Jacksonville-it was hell: sticky salesmen, extremely pushy, they made me feel disgusted. That's a fact. I came from Ukraine not so long ago, and in general in Europe and Ukraine it is not customary to pressure the buyer in such a way, because it is punished there. Let's go further, when I had already given up looking for a car, I accidentally saw an offer from this dealer on the Internet and wrote a letter. Caleb wrote me back. Having received the answer, I came to this car dealership the next day, without prior arrangement, I wanted to see everything myself. I was met by the manager, who turned out to be Caleb, with whom I communicated by mail. Caleb won me over. First of all he has a great sense of humor and tact. Secondly he did not impose anything on me, nothing at all. In short, I bought the car the next day with my wife. I paid the whole amount in cash at once, and got a certain discount. Also the car was prepared, washed and done detailing, as well as filled a full tank of gasoline. I am not a special connoisseur of how they serve in other salons, but here I felt at home in Europe. They have a high level. I recommend going to them, and look for the manager Caleb May- you will get great service, at a great price from a great person. Thank you Caleb.
First off this is my 3rd time coming to VW of St Augustine simply because of Jeremy. He’s hands down the best salesman there and I literally can text and call him for anything about the car before, during and after the purchase. During my recent visit we traded in our Tiguan R-Line for an ID.4. After driving the ID.4 home I noticed a weird sound coming from the front wheel area. Called up Jeremy and he said he would get me an appointment the next day to get it looked at. Found out that one of the tires had a flat spot in it and was causing a slight thumping noise. They were doing a recall as well so they gave me a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way home. So as you know tires are consumable items and most dealers would never replace a tire for free. Not only did they replace the tire…. They replaced all 4 tires with very nice Kuhmo tires which were better than the no name brand tires that were on it. They didn’t charge me a cent. I was blown away but not surprised. These guys want to do best for the customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to come check them out or get your VW serviced by them. Great group of professionals!!!
Eddie Davis in sales was great to work with and helped me with everything I needed. Sales Manager Wade was great as well coming by to introduce himself and offer little die-cast cars to the kids. Joe in finance made everything quick and seamless with the paperwork. Overall, I had a great experience and feel like a fair deal was made with the GTI I purchased. The vehicle is great and puts a smile on my face each time I see it and drive it.
