I have been coming to Jenkins Kia since 2017. Dave Bushnell has been my service advisor ever since. Chris the shop supervisor is the only technician I allow to work on my car because I trust him explicitly when he took on an electrical problem with my car no other technician could figure out. The way he spoke to me made me feel safe and that he meant every word he said and that allowed me to trust him. Dave is wonderful every time I see him. He always gets me in immediately. Dave is very professional and we share a lot of laughs during every visit. Outstanding customer service and professionalism every time. I might add, that Keith is such a precious soul.
