2021 Genesis GV80 3.5T Advanced+ AWD

I don't really get the bad reviews. Reserved an EV online. Came in with an appointment. Worked with James to close the deal. He was really transparent on the various options and promotions for paying, explained all features of the car, and didn't pressure me into anything. Buying a new car took maybe an hour and a half all said and done, and I didn't actually hate being there. I consider that a massive win. They were also pretty responsive over text when I needed to move my appt, which was great. I can't imagine a car buying experience going more smoothly.

Having dealt with many dealerships and salesmen in previous years and different scenarios (some being KIA and some being other competitors) Fowler KIA has been THE BEST. Maybe I’m biased because of my salesman Brexton, but by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car to date. The dealership was clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Not only that but my salesman, Brexton, was extremely patient throughout my process and very understanding. He was always transparent and never applied any unwanted pressure that made me feel as if he didn’t care or just wanted a sale. He could answer any question I threw at him and if he didn’t know, had no issue working to gain the knowledge or find someone who did know. If I’m ever in need of a car again (hopefully no time soon) and I’m looking for a KIA this will be the first place in my mind and the one dealership I will recommend to anyone!

Jonah Gardner was fantastic to work with and extremely quick with responses via email. I appreciate all his hard work and dedication to finding me the right vehicle. Ultimately we did not come to a deal as the car wasn’t a fit for me but if you are in the market for a Kia I can highly recommend Jonah with confidence due to his hospitality and how well he treated me.
