2022 Genesis GV80 3.5T Advanced+ AWD

Sales people were great. Got exactly what i wanted. Only drawback was time it took to complete. I had picked out suv online, negotiated agreed upon price online. Drove 2 hrs to pick it up and signed initial paperwork right away but then had to wait over an hour to sign financial papers. Love my new santa fe.

I was in the area of Foundation Hyundai and remembered I was nearing time to get an oil change and regular overall checkup, so I pulled into their service department to see if they could work me in. They were able to take care of me immediately, and I was out in about an hour. That's great service! Their customer lounge is very comfortable, and they provide a direct number to text (or call, if you preferred) during your wait if you wanted an update. Seriously, first class service from beginning to end! Buying my Hyundai Santa Fe has been a great decision, and I'm extremely glad I bought it at Foundation Hyundai. Service after the sale is so very important, and theirs is excellent.

Jared was very helpful and spot on getting the problem with my Santa Cruz figured out. Wasn't your typical maintenance issue. He was very professional and understanding. Wish there were more like him!
