Being a first time car buyer here in the US could be very tough especially for a new migrant like me. Fortunately I had the opportunity to work with Keri Thierer (Sales Consultant at Scherer Mazda- Peoria). We had all transactions through phone since i am 5-6 hours away from the dealership and i am very thankful that she made the whole process smooth and easy for me. For a first time car buyer here in US, Keri Thierer (Sales Consultant) made the experience so smooth and fast. She as well go over each functionality and settings of the car. Shes a gem on this Mazda Branch. The APR was very low for their Global Proffesional Program, which is meant for new immigrant like us. Their Finance manager (David) was very nice as well and have really go over and beyond to give practical and honest advices. Would really recommend this dealership.

Let me just say, Keri was an absolute breeze to work with! We mainly did most of everything over the phone. Came to the dealer test drove the suv after her beautifully detailed tutorial on how to even work the car I was getting (never owned a Mazda). Signing paperwork was a breeze as all the numbers reflected what I was told prior to coming to the dealership from an hour away. I can’t express my gratitude enough when it comes to the Sherer team in Peoria. I’m am truly pleased with the service I received after having a mockery of a time at other dealerships.
