After a frustrating and disappointing experience at a local and well-reviewed dealership, I was a little apprehensive about trying again. Even so, we made the 1 hr drive from Savannah to Low Country Motors in Bluffton, SC for a test drive on a potential vehicle. So very thankful we did!! From the moment we arrived, Shane helped us feel welcome and relaxed. I never felt hurried, sale targeted, or that I might be an "inconvenience" if I didn't buy the car. Every step was smooth and clear. Shane made himself available to us for the rest of the day as we navigated all purchasing and trade-in deals. I honestly couldn't be happier and wound up with an AMAZING vehicle at a great price. It felt good to support a fantastic business and we will definitely be back the next time we are car shopping. Exceptional service, from start to finish! My need to purchase a vehicle with no notice, made things pretty tricky. I loved the first car I saw on his lot, a 2021 Toyota Corolla LE and knew it was the one I wanted. Mike was very accommodating, making generous exceptions (which helped me greatly) during the process leading up to finalizing the transaction. Shane and Brian were equally personable, and attentive to every detail. Genuine concern was evident during every interaction. All of them made me feel like a very special customer! Shane Cody and the rest of the Lowcountry Motors staff were a pleasure to deal with, especially compared to my other car buying experiences with other dealers. Very fair pricing on their vehicles and transparent in their business dealings, it’s no wonder they’re consistently rated best used car dealership several years running. Shane communicated consistently. I left my truck a couple of days after purchasing it to have a small cosmetic part installed, and when I went to pick it up, Shane was handwashing/detailing it (after the purchase had already been completed several days prior).
