Honestly words can’t describe how happy i am with my new Mercedes. This was my first Mercedes’ and I was treated with so much respect and genuine care from the first step I walked in through the doors . My brother Michael Georgie was my sales representative and he went the extra mile for me and gave me an amazing deal on my new car. Customer service is exceptional. The available packages to take care of the car are beyond the car - taking care of the customer. Sam was great (he even got us food on top of a great deal). Definitely recommend Fletcher Jones, specifically this dealership, and of course Sam. The Team is great. Everything is on point. The best car buying experience ever. Jonathan provided many options and all the information regarding every vehicle I test drove to help me make the best decision for my needs.
