Service department was excellent. Go all the way in from Kapiolani next to Mercedes and go up the ramp and get in the line of cars waiting. You need to find the service advisor for your brand and then go to Genesis desk for shuttle. Wifi snacks and drinks provided. Furniture comfortable and plenty of new cars to check out. Complimentary car wash and if you waiting restaurant opens around 10 but Jack in Box available nearby.
My experience at Velocity Honolulu has been world-class! They provide an amazing lifestyle experience and services with a friendly Concierge staff at the front to greet all customers and visitors. I always feel welcomed here and appreciate the operation they are running on Oahu! Special thank you to Brad N, Jenn W, Mandy D, and Gloria V for their amazing service and loyal support.
I'm not an employee or a customer here, but I know what I know because I'm a spouse of an employee. The one thing that grabbed me was the car wash here is on the inside of the building, not on the outside. And the car shuttle service is very quick but observant through traffic to get the customers to their destination.
