Why have one person when you can have a team? I can’t say enough about the whole team at Feldmann. They are fine oiled machine! Everyone there was so nice, informative, fair and professional regarding every aspect of the buying process and it was such a great experience. From John Cadle to Michael Popp to Matthew Sack in sales, I cannot thank you all enough. They went above and beyond what I would’ve expected, and that has gained my loyalty . Their follow up is also impeccable! I’m quite sure I might have driven Matt crazy with all of my follow up questions, but you never know it. He’s fantastic! Buying a new car is supposed to be fun and this was such a great experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I’ve just purchased a vehicle from Feldmann Imports and I am just fascinated on how well they operate things. I inquired about a car on their website, which is really helpful. We received a call from Feldmann and scheduled a time for us to come in and check out the SUV we had our eyes on. We were met by their kind concierge, who introduced us to our sales representative was Matt Sack. Matt is probably the complete opposite of your typical sales guy. He is very attentive to what your needs are, is really nonchalant and professional. He offered us a test drive on the car we were thinking of getting. The car was really clean and taken care of. I felt like I had a VIP experience. We test drove the car by ourselves and enjoyed it! As soon as we came back, he did not try to sell us on the car. Was not pushy. He just wanted to know how our experience went. We told him we loved it and we went to the paperwork. He was very quick, and devoted his time to us uninterruptedly. We asked if he could give us a good deal, since we needed a car as soon as possible.. and he gave us Avery good deal. He did not want to pull out as much money as possible, again, he cared about our interests, and it was shown. Once we got to the financing, Bob Suko was just phenomenal. He was on point, detailed, let me know of all the ‘fine print’ and was just so good to work with. He made things work and answered all of my worries and concerns. No words or reviews can express how grateful I am for a great team like Bob Suko and Matt Sack. This is my first Mercedes purchase and I am just impressed how well they treat their clients. They go above and beyond to the point where you feel like they are your family members. I am beyond grateful for helping me acquire a great SUV for my family. You will be forever thankful if you chose Matt and Bob when you step into Feldmann imports. Very efficient and customer friendly dealership. I recently purchased my second car from them and they always delight. The sales team is extremely knowledgeable and responsive.
