2023 Genesis GV60 GV60 Advanced

I purchased my 2023 GV70 today from Genesis of South Bay and my experience was absolutely amazing! My salesman was JC Chatman and he was wonderful! My husband and I want to give a shout out to Genesis of South Bay! We have a G90 and absolutely love the car. But the experience we had at Genesis of SB is what this review is about. The staff at the dealership are all 100% fabulous people. BUT (and this is a big BUT), let's talk about their Signature VIP Club. We would HIGHLY recommend purchasing the VIP Package. Not only do you get an extended warranty with tons of added extras BUT (here comes the BUT), we've been to two Kings games (one was a play-off game) which makes my husband absolutely thrilled. BUT the bigger perk is our Complimentary private chauffeur. We travel a lot (an understatement) and Juan (our chauffeur) has become our new best friend. He's always on time and always has a huge smile on his face. We feel so special having a private chauffeur. Our friends are quite envious. So you should definitely consider purchasing the Signature VIP Club Package. 100% worth the cost of admission!!!

Top-notch service! All staff members are great and have the right attitude. The dealership looks amazing. The customer lounge has all the connectivity you need, plus the beverages/snacks offerings are awesome.
