I have had bad experiences before with used auto dealers, but Kennedy and the staff at Lakeview were very straight forward, they didn’t try to close the deal, I picked what I wanted and drove a very long distance just to do business with this caliber of customer service, and they gave me top dollar for my trade. Excellent customer service. I talked with Kennedy as well as the manager and the owner. I also dealt with the financial manager. Everyone was great. Not pushy at all even if I can be a bear to deal with at times. I didn’t plan to buy a vehicle so soon but they worked really well with us. Hard to find that type of customer service these days. We will happily return to buy another vehicle.
