***************** UPDATE: I was prompted contacted and my question was answered. ***************** Sales experience was good. Great vehicle. I had a question post-purchase. I texted my salesman - no response. I tried the chat function on the website for my inquiry - someone called from the dealership thinking I wanted to purchase a vehicle. Provided my question - “We’ll get back to you.” No response. Then I used the website contact form to ask my question providing more detail - received several emails offering discounts on a new vehicle. I did receive a separate response indicating they would get back to me. Nothing yet. At this point I’m not sure I want to call directly just to be ghosted again. Not happy.
