I own a Subaru and My Dad Bought it from Bob Wade in 2006. Only Place I take it to to fix Issues or change Parts is Bob Wade Subaru. I love Their Subaru Maintenance Department and Sales too. Everyone that Works There is a TEAM. They Help Each Other!! I think The Main Reason I keep Going Back is The Awesome Customer Service.

I can't speak for the sales staff, but if they are anything like the service department, they are all stars too! We brought our Subaru here several times for routine maintenance, and the service folks always did a great job and were super accommodating. They also went above and beyond in helping us out with some major engine work following the recovery of our car after it was stolen. We appreciated knowing that we could depend on them to be there and get the job done right. Thank you!

My wife and I had another great experience at Bob Wade today. We've purchased several new Subaru's at Bob Wade over the years. Their service is always prompt, courteous, and professional. We love their hometown feel and their support of local organizations for the needy. We really feel like family whenever we visit. Their excellent customer service is also rare nowadays.
