I had a lot of good, and bad experiences with used vehicles, but this time I gained an advanced experience that can help other buyers too. LeadCar Toyota Mankato has a different combination of customer services and the quality of their vehicles is unbeatable. I bought a Toyota Sienna 2022, in May 2024 from LeadCar Toyota Mankato. I went to Minnesota by plane, and after I had arrived, I was planning to take Uber to travel from the airport to Leadcar Toyota, but Leadcar has a smart salesman who knows how to handle his customers; his name is "Alexander Ecker." He sent me a VIP driver who knows what he is doing and knows the value of his customers; his name is "SCOTT." All of the LeadCar staff are outstanding professionals. I had a great experience purchasing my new Tundra from LeadCar. Lee was a very knowledgeable salesman who knew a lot about the car and what it had and did have etc. I am surprised how many dealerships I go to where I know more about the car than the sales team. Not with Lee, he knew everything which made things move faster. I had all the paperwork done ahead of time so the time in the financing office was nice and short. I will buy again from Lee at LeadCar Toyota.
