I brought my car in for servicing fully expecting to get a high price for the repair. I was fortunate to encounter the same sales rep, Robert, who had been the lead on my last service repairs. After the diagnostic review was done it was determined the leak I had come in for was a result of a washer that had failed from the last repair. I was charged nothing and even had my car washed. In this day and age the honesty I encountered at Premier Nissan was a pleasant surprise. Robert is wonderful to work with.
Excellent customer service. My sales representatives (Van Fortune) was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Did not feel pressured. The finance manager was great as well. The process was explained well and in a layman’s language… not the usual finance jargon that most dealerships use to confuse and pressure buyers. I was presented with a better deal than I expected. Drove off with a brand new SUV Will definitely come back
